How do I book a room or desk?

Browse the Catalog, choose a product, and add it to your cart. Adjust the quantity to represent days or hours as needed.

What’s included with a day pass?

A comfortable desk, fast Wi‑Fi, coffee and tea, access to phone booths, and printing up to 20 pages. Quiet-hours apply 13:00–15:00.

Do you offer 24/7 access?

Yes, select locations are available 24/7. Use the 24/7 filter in the Catalog to find them.

How quiet are your spaces?

We publish noise profiles per room: Quiet, Moderate, or Lively. Choose the level that suits your task. Headphone-friendly zones and phone booths are always nearby.

Can I tour before booking?

Absolutely. Reach out via Contact to book a 20-minute walkthrough.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Day passes are refundable up to 24 hours before the start time. Rooms require 48 hours’ notice. Memberships can be canceled monthly prior to renewal.

Is DeskHavn accessible?

Yes, our locations include step-free access, accessible restrooms, and seating flexibility. Contact us for specific accommodations.

Do you host events?

We host small, low-noise gatherings like showcases and founders’ lunches. We do not host amplified events during quiet-hours.
